Daemon prince

A quick update for the tournament. I'm heading over tomorrow and staying overnight. Sadly I couldn't get my heldrake ready in time. If I get time tomorrow I'll finish it, but it doesn't look likely. So my reserve list is:

Armies don't have to be fully painted up, everything of mine will be, except the cultists sadly which will just be undercoated. I'll leave you with photos of my daemon prince, which I've been painting up constantly for the past 1 and a half days. Next post will be the night after the tournament probably.

Tournament report part 1

I thought my necrons were going into retirement, but just 2 weeks later they're back!!

I have a tournament this Thursday, it's 1250pts at the Newcastle GW. Only expecting up to 20 players, so fairly small. But this time my necrons won't be alone, I'm going to be taking CSM allies. So my list will be as follows:

Daemon prince with MoT, ML3, wings, armour, spell familiar and the black mace

Armies don't have to be fully painted, but you will lose points if it isn't, so I went for a list which requires me to do the least amount of painting, while still being as competitive as it possibly can. So I've got to paint up all of my chaos allies, and my heldrake might not arrive until Wednesday in the post. I have prepared a back up list just in case.

So I will be taking photos of all my games, and since its a small tournament, I might be able to get a photo of every army that enters it. See you on the other side then.
